It grew out of a conference held in 2007 and was originally slated for publication in 2012. However, that plan was derailed by Robert Sharer's passing that same year, and the book has been in limbo until now. I am thrilled that it has finally come out, and it is a worthy testament to Sharer's|About the Author|Robert J.
